A beefsteak heirloom that yields 10-16 oz., clear to orangy-yellow, fragile, thin-skinned, beefsteak tomatoes that have mildly sweet, citrusy flavors, juicy flesh and very few seeds. A perfect salad tomato. Great choice as a farmer's market tomato because of its visual appeal and wonderful flavor.
