Seiger is an early red tomato with roots in Switzerland, where seed was shared through the biodynamic seed company Sativa. It has become especially appreciated by gardeners looking for a tomato that can handle cooler weather and still produce a good crop.

The plants produce loads of bright red, roughly 4-ounce tomatoes with a good classic tomato flavor. One of the things that makes Seiger really interesting is its disease tolerance, with reported resistance to early blight, late blight and Septoria leaf spot.
